1. Introduction and Data Controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Sensorica processes your personal data when you visit the sensorica.md website, contact us or visit our space. The data controller is Light Metaphor S.R.L. (IDNO 1021600005984), with its registered office at mun. Chișinău, str. Hristo Botev 3/2, ap. 4. We process personal data in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

• Data you provide through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
• Data provided when subscribing to the newsletter: your email address.
• Data related to ticket orders (processed through the payment platform): first name, last name, phone number, email address.
• Preferences: your selected language, stored locally in your browser (local storage).
• Minimal technical data generated automatically when accessing the site (for example, browser type, server logs), used for security and operation.
• Site usage data collected through Google Analytics (pages visited, visit duration, traffic source), in aggregated form and with your IP address anonymised. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.
• Video images: the physical Sensorica space is monitored by CCTV systems.

3. Purposes of Processing

• To respond to questions and requests sent through the contact form.
• To send newsletter communications, when you have subscribed (with an option to unsubscribe).
• To process, confirm and fulfil ticket orders.
• To administer and secure the website.
• To ensure the safety of visitors, staff and installations (CCTV).
• To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

We process data on the basis of: your consent (for example, for the newsletter), the performance of a contract (ticket orders), our legitimate interest (the security of the site and the space) and legal obligations, in accordance with Law no. 133/2011.

5. Cookies

The site uses a minimal number of cookies and similar technologies — for operation, to remember your selected language, for aggregate traffic analysis (Google Analytics, which sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies) and, at payment and order recovery, for protection against bots (Google reCAPTCHA). 6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your data. We may share data with service providers who help us operate, strictly to the extent necessary:

• Email and hosting providers (for example, to deliver messages from the forms).
• The payment processor, for ticket orders made through the payment platform.
• Google Analytics, for aggregate measurement of traffic across the site and the booking pages. We do not pass it your name, email, phone number or booking reference.
• Services embedded in the site: Google Maps (maps) and YouTube (videos, in no-cookie mode).
• Google reCAPTCHA, to protect against automated abuse: only when you submit an order for payment or ask for the access link to your orders by email, the page loads reCAPTCHA from Google, which checks that the request comes from a person and not from an automated program. To do so, Google receives technical data about your device, browser and interaction with the page (including your IP address) and may set its own cookies. We do not pass it your name, email, phone number or booking reference. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We may also disclose data when required to do so by law. We do not collect payment card data (number, expiry date, CVV code) — this is handled directly by the payment processor.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations. CCTV recordings are kept for a limited period and used only to investigate incidents or for legal compliance.

8. Security

We apply reasonable security measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Rights

Under Law no. 133/2011, you have the right to access, rectify or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@sensorica.md. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).

We may update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
