Several bus and trolleybus lines stop near str. Tiraspol. Get off at the Bonus stop — the entrance is a short walk away.

Absolutely. The installations are family-friendly and especially loved by curious young visitors.
An ordinary ticket allows one entry on its booked day until closing. The booked time has a 15-minute margin before or after; entry at another time that day depends on capacity. The visit lasts at most one hour from entry. These rules do not extend the cancellation deadline. Negotiated groups and private events have separate conditions.
Yes. We check the QR code, not identity. The category, date, time and validity stay the same. A family ticket transfers as a whole. Any refund returns through the original payment method, not to the recipient of the ticket.
For paid unused ordinary tickets, request the amount actually paid before the later of 24 hours before the visit and 24 hours after order creation, capped at the visit start. Exactly at the deadline is too late. Each visit's deadline appears in your order in Chișinău time. Select whole tickets in your order or email info@sensorica.md with the reference and affected tickets; no call is required. Receipt time counts. Family tickets cannot be split and add-on dependencies must remain valid. Receipt does not confirm a refund. Older orders retain their saved conditions.
On the same day, entry at another time depends on capacity. Contact staff about another date: a change and a seat are not guaranteed. If another date is approved, staff show any top-up before payment. A cheaper visit creates no credit or refund. If Sensorica cancels or reschedules the visit, you may choose a full refund for affected tickets; you do not have to accept a new date or voucher.
In short: no running or loud noise, no food, drinks, smoking or vaping, don't touch the projectors, sensors or cables, and be considerate towards other visitors and staff.
