Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Sensorica (Light Metaphor S.R.L.) uses cookies and similar technologies on the sensorica.md website. By using the site, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your browser settings.
2. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (for example, your language) over a period of time. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, for the same purpose.
3. How we use cookies
We use a minimal number of cookies and storage technologies, mainly to make the site work correctly:
- Essential — required for the basic functioning and security of the site. The site cannot work properly without them.
- Preferences — remember your choices, such as the selected language (stored locally in your browser), to give you a consistent experience.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used (which pages are visited, how long visits last, where visitors come from) so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*). The data is aggregated and IP addresses are anonymised.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build marketing profiles.
4. Third-party cookies
Some pages include content from third-party services that may set their own cookies when you interact with them:
- Google Analytics — measures traffic across the site and the booking pages; Google sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish visitors.
- Google Maps — the map on the “Plan your visit” page is loaded from Google and may set cookies.
- YouTube — videos are loaded in “no-cookie” mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only start after you press play; YouTube may set cookies at the moment of playback.
- Google reCAPTCHA — loads only when you submit an order for payment or request the access link to your orders, to tell people apart from automated programs; Google may set its own cookies at that moment.
These services are controlled by third parties; we encourage you to review their privacy policies for details.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies and clear local storage. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the site works, for example remembering your selected language.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. For questions about our use of cookies or your data, contact us at info@sensorica.md or +373 61 008 014.
