Archived version for orders placed under these terms. Current terms
1. Introduction and Purpose
Welcome to Sensorica, an Immersive Interactive space located in Chișinău, Moldova, at 5 Tiraspol Street, inside the UNO shopping centre. The physical Sensorica space and its associated web platform are owned and operated by the legal entity Light Metaphor S.R.L (the Provider). Use of our website and services implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. Sensorica is a space designed to inspire creativity, curiosity and wonder through state-of-the-art technology, including interactive installations, projection mapping and sensory experiences. Our exhibitions blend art and technology to give visitors a unique opportunity to explore immersive stories and dynamic environments. This document describes the terms and conditions for visiting Sensorica. These rules are established to:
- Ensure the safety of all visitors and staff.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of our installations and exhibitions.
- Provide a respectful, enjoyable and inclusive experience for everyone.
By purchasing a ticket and entering Sensorica, you agree to comply with these terms set by Light Metaphor S.R.L. Failure to comply may result in denial of access or removal from the premises without a refund. Sensorica is committed to creating a safe and engaging environment. If you have any questions or need assistance, our staff are at your disposal during your visit.
2. Tickets and Access
2.1. Ticket Purchasing Process
Tickets can be purchased:
- Online, through the official Sensorica website, by reserving your preferred time slot.
- Online, through authorised partners (where applicable).
- On site, by cash or card.
2.2. Ticket Validity
The ticket is valid on the day booked, until Sensorica closes on that day, and permits a single entry. The maximum visit duration is 1 hour, counted from the moment you enter the space, not from the start of the booked time slot.
The time slot selected at the moment of purchase guarantees entry at the reserved time, with a margin of 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time. Time slots are scheduled every 60 minutes.
On the same day you may also enter at an hour other than the one reserved, subject to the capacity available at that moment: entry is granted as spaces free up, in order of arrival, and is not guaranteed. The ticket cannot be used on a later day than the one booked; arriving on an earlier day Sensorica is open may be possible if you ask staff, subject to available capacity.
Group bookings (15+ people) are an exception to the preceding paragraphs: the group is expected at the time booked, and its seats are held for that slot only. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so the whole group can enter together. To change the time, contact Sensorica in advance.
Tickets with no reserved time slot (gift tickets and vouchers) are also an exception: they are valid on any day Sensorica is open, until the validity date printed on the ticket, subject to available capacity.
2.3. Arrival Without a Purchased Ticket
Visitors who arrive on site without a purchased ticket are not guaranteed access. Access will depend on available capacity, and visitors may have to wait for the next available time slot.
2.4. Refund and Transfer Policies
In accordance with Law no. 105-XV of 13 March 2013 on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return a purchased product/item for certain reasons within 14 days of the payment date. Funds are returned to the card used for the purchase. Tickets whose visit date and time have expired, or tickets that have already been scanned/validated at entry, cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Annex no. 2 of Government Decision no. 1465 of 08.12.2003, as amended by Government Decision no. 1188 of 02.11.2007. Company contact in case of return: +373 61 008 014. Processing time for a return request: 14 days. Return conditions: to initiate a return, first contact us by phone at 061008014. The return request must then be sent to info@sensorica.md at least 12 hours before the date and time of the visit scheduled on the ticket. The amount will be refunded to the same bank card used for the purchase.
Transferring a ticket. The ticket is a bearer instrument: at the entrance we check only the QR code, not the holder's identity. You may give or pass your ticket to another person, who may use it on the same terms, without notifying us in advance. A transfer does not change the booked day or time slot and does not extend the ticket's validity. The contact details remain those of the buyer, and any refund is still made to the card used for the purchase.

Sensorica has no age restrictions for visitors. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times to ensure their safety and the protection of the exhibitions.
